Employee Record Changes

Once a tax code or student loan message has been applied, the history of these are stored on an employee record. Navigate to the employee you wish to look at in the Manage Employees side menu.

Tax codes are stored on the NI & Tax tab of a record. To view the history, click on the edit pencil icon on the right hand side of the Tax card then select View History.

Once clicked, a side modal displays the Tax code changes that have been received for the selected employee:

The tax year can be cycled through to display messages received in the selected year. Each tax code change is shown as a card showing the notice type, effective date and whether it has been applied (matched and unapplied notices will show). To view more information about the message, you can click the down arrow and expand the card.

Student and postgraduate loan notice history is stored on the Payments and Deductions tab of an employee record. To view the history, click on the edit pencil icon on the right hand side of the Student loan plans card then select View History.

Once clicked, a side modal displays the student and post graduate loan changes that have been received for the selected employee:

Each student and postgraduate loan change is shown as a card showing the notice type, effective date and whether it has been applied (matched and unapplied notices will show). To view more information about the message, you can click the down arrow and expand the card.
