Maintaining Display Views

Fields displayed against an employee can be amended depending on whether you are viewing the employee record in a specific area : 

·         Modify employee details (Employee>Modify employee details)

·         Add employee (Employee>Add employee)

·         Modify historical archive (Employee>Miscellaneous utilities>Modify historical archive)

·         Modify tax and NI (Payroll cycle>Modify tax/NI)

·         Enter payroll details (Payroll cycle>Enter payroll details)

 

The ‘tabs’ at the bottom of the employee record are Display views. To modify/add/delete a display view navigate to System>Maintain elements of pay>Maintain display views

The below example will only show the ‘PAY’ tab and the fields within it in Enter payroll details

Here you can change the order in which fields are displayed, remove or add fields.

Selecting the drop down arrow in the left hand column will present a list of available fields to select, to search the list press ‘Ctrl+F’. Pressing ‘F3’ will cycle through all results from the search criteria
