Making an Employee a Leaver

To make an employee a Leaver, open the employee’s Manage employee page by using the Employee select tool. Once you have selected the desired employee, click the edit button to the right-hand side of their name. This will open a small menu, where you have the option to click Process as a leaver:

A confirmation box will appear, asking you to confirm that the correct employee has been selected as a leaver.  If they are included in a current payroll cycle, this will be noted on the pop-up:

Another window will open that required you to fill out the employee’s leaving details. Fill out the Leave Date, and check the boxes as desired for Deceased and Recalculate benefit payments

Click Confirm to process the employee as a leaver. Clicking Cancel will ensure the employee stays as a Live employee.
