OneAdvanced Mobile Payslip module

We are excited to announce the launch of a new Payslip module released 15th January 2026, available within the OneAdvanced Mobile app to streamline the payslip distribution process.

The Payslip module is available via the OneAdvanced Mobile app and it can also be accessed as an online module via our OneAdvanced Platform.

This solution is available for hosted Payroll customers. The OneAdvanced Mobile app is currently in the Early Adopter phase and we are working closely with customers to ensure their feedback is captured. If you would like to be involved in the Early Adopter program please contact your Account Manager.

OneAdvanced Mobile App

When accessing the app, you will first be asked to enter your login details:

When logged in you will be presented with a landing page showing which products you have access to:

The payslips module can either be accessed by selecting the Payroll card from this page, or using the left hand navigation menu accessed by the burger menu in the top left and selecting Payroll>Payslips:

From within the Payslips section you can see the payrolls that have been processed, along with the net pay for each payroll:

Clicking the Download button at the bottom allows you to select which payslips you want to download to your device:

Clicking on an individual payslip card will take you to a similar on screen rendering of the payslip information as per the web app, where you can navigate between the Payslip Overview, Year to Date and Pensions tab, as well as Download each payslip individually:

The P60/P11D tab allows you to view any of these documents that you may have received in previous tax years:

To navigate to other parts of the system you have access to within the mobile app (such as Time & Attendance), click the burger menu in the top left and select the relevant app.

Module Layout

The same information can be viewing when logged into OneAdvanced Platform. The payslip module will be available on the left hand menu under Payroll>Payslips. All payslips will be visible and sorted by pay date:

On the web app, as default, your net pay will be hidden but can be displayed by clicking the show net pay button:

You can download payslips in bulk using the Bulk download button in the top right of the screen. This presents you with a muti select option and download button in the banner that now becomes available, which when selected will download any selected payslips:

Clicking the View button next to each payslip presents a side banner with an on screen rendering of the payslip, with tabs available to view:

  • Overview tab:
  • Year to Date tab
  • Pensions tab

There are also buttons for navigating quickly between payslips and downloading individual payslips.
